I have had a passion for yoga for many years, it stems from my dance background. I have always been a very active and passionate person about maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Yoga has changed my life. Until I started practicing yoga every single day I didn't realise how many benefits it had on both my physical and mental state. I love to wake up every morning and move my body to create some energy before my day begins. Whether its a 10 minute gentle stretch or a hot fast paced vinyasa, I still walk away feeling re-energised.
Over the last year I have been teaching face-to-face classes in my local fitness studios and I have had so much joy watching new people find a love for something I am so passionate about. This platform for me is a way of engaging with more people so they can feel all the positive benefits I feel too!
