Diet and Nutrition
Diet and nutrition is key for me to maintain a healthy and balanced lifestyle. Don't be fooled, I love a sweet treat and a gin and tonic as much as the next person so I just make sure I have a balanced diet at all times so I can enjoy those little treats! Whenever I eat something greasy or unhealthy, the next day I feel so groggy and miserable... I really have learned from my mistakes and just tell myself now it really isn't worth it! Sunshine
SUNSUNSUN! Something we don't see much of often where I live in Cornwall, UK. But when we do have some its pure magic! Just sitting outside and letting the rays beam down on your face fills me with so much energy and joy. My muscles and bones feel healthy and my body feels like its had a hug! Get yourself out in the warm sunshine and just sit and breathe - you won't regret it.

The Sea
The sea isn't for everyone, water in general isn't for every one. But having grown up surrounded by beaches and water its something I have always had a passion for. I used to love surfing, then swimming and now I am a true paddle board lover. There is something so therapeutic lying in the water on your paddle board in the sun listening to the water surrounding you.

Meditation
Meditation is always a difficult one to explain to people. People always ask how? why? when? what for? To sum it up, for me taking 5-10 minutes in the morning or evening, in a warm cosy set up that smells delicious really helps me think about what matters and what doesn't.
I am a massive over-thinker - I read into every thing and worry about small little things unnecessarily. So taking a few moments to sit in silence and switch off while enjoying some warm tea or ice cold water is a perfect way for me to start or finish my day and not worry about a thing! Some people find silence scary but it can be a beautiful thing when done right.

Crystals
The power of crystals is a truly wonderful thing and something I wish I had a lot more time for. Ever since I was young I have always grown up learning about what crystals can help you through. I have read countless books on how they work and what crystal you should use to help take a way a certain feeling. I am a firm believer that you get out of life what you put in. If you speak it to the universe it will bring it to you in some weird wonderful way. And I believe crystals contain a strong energy that brings you the strength you need in situations.

Routine
This is such a small one but once you can force the habit you'll thank yourself forever! Get up at the same time every day, nice and early, enjoy that warm tea and enjoy your meditation, get your workout in burning those calories creating that energy, make your healthy nutrional lunch, get yourself into work, get the day done. Get home, watch a sunset, cook some food and relax. Enjoy all the small things from your day, notice them, smile at them! Finish your day with your skincare routine that you are desperate to stick too. Do it once, feel great, do it the next day, feel amazing... do it every day for 1 week and notice the difference you feel! Keep it up, you will realise you have so much more time and feel so much better for it in the long run.
