Listed below are the options for you to choose from to complete your weekly or daily yoga flows from the comfort of your own home. 
Have a little read to see what option suits you best - once you have chosen, fill out the form at the bottom and you will receive an automated email with payment details and a link to follow the private members instagram page.


Obviously, flowing in the heart of the studio when I was in the UK was the AMAZING, the set up, the lighting, the entire vibe just made it all so relaxing and cosy. But below are my top tips to create your own space quite like it at home... 

-grab some lemon water / iced water / a warm tea.
-get your favourite yoga mat.
-wear something comfortable so you feel great.
-have a blanket near by for your relaxation.

-remember, you don't need a big space to complete your flow, you don't leave your mat which is the best thing about yoga, so find somewhere cosy and get ready to move your body and feel great after!

Pay a monthly fee to have access to all things yoga, meditation, sun salutations, relaxations! I will record live videos and then they will be on the page for 30days for you to use. (You can stop at any time by stopping your monthly payment its all in your control)
